For Windows NT, copy the files to:

C:\Winnt\Profiles\All Users\Application

Data\Symantec\pcAnywhere

For Windows 2000, copy the files to:

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application

Data\Symantec\pcAnywhere

NOTE

If Windows is not installed on drive "C", substitute "C" for the

drive where windows is installed.

6. Change the attribute of this file from read only to read and write.

Now you can launch pcAnywhere.

7. Restart the server and run pcAnywhere located under Programs from the

Start menu.

8. At the pcAnywhere main screen, make sure the Be a Host PC button is

selected.
