Remove top filler plate by removing the black pin and retainer clip at the center of the
filler plate and unscrewing the filler plate. Retain the screws and clip.
7.
Remove the bottom filler plate by removing the two screws.
8.
Invert Combo card (ports face away from the backplane). Connect the three port cables
to the following ports on the backplane: J13, J11, and J10
