Be sure the handset is in the cradle and the SP-PHONE button is off.

Description
To answer
The intercom alerting mode (tone/voice) at a
receiving extension can be selected through
programming.
VOICE...Voice alerting instead of Tone alerting
is heard through the speaker on the
receiving extension.
TONE .-. Tone alerting (ringing) sound at the
receiving extension.
1. When an intercom call reaches, voice
alerting is heard.
2. Lift the handset or press the SP-PHONE
button.
3. Start talking.
Conditions
This feature will not function with a standard
telephone.

Set the MEMORY switch of the proprietary
telephone to "PROGRAM".
Setting (Voice Alerting Mode)
1. Dial (42).
" Voice Call" will be displayed.
2. Press the MEMORY button.
To cancel (Setting Tone Alerting Mode)
1. Dial (41).
" Tone Call" will be displayed.
2. Press the MEMORY button.

After programming, return the MEMORY
switch to the "SET" position.
