MAINTENANCE PLAN
7 - Loosen the clamp (3) that holds the suction pipe and remove
the screws (4). Remove the flange (5) and clean the suction
filter (6).
Use a 13 mm hexagon spanner.
IMPORTANT
Carefully check the filtering element grid and if it is not in
perfect conditions, change it.
8 - Put back the drain plug (2), the lower flange (5) with the filter
(6), making sure that the gasket and the clamp (3) of the suc-
tion pipe are in good conditions.
9 - Fill with the prescribed oil until reaching the correct level (7).
Use oil of the prescribed type only (See "26. FUEL, COOL-
ANT AND LUBRICANTS").
10-Open the engine hood and loosen the drain screw (8) posi-
tioned on the hydraulic pump until no air bubbles can be no-
ticed in the oil flowing out of the screw.
Use a 10 mm setscrew spanner (for model PC20R only).
Use a 19 mm hexagon spanner (for model PC27R only).
After bleeding the oil, tighten the screw (8) and close the en-
gine hood. Put back the filling cap (1).
