To set your playback device

Sign in to the Mailbox Manager.
Click the Profile tab. The Profile page appears.

Select the Message playback device you want to use:

Speakers. Your messages are played back through your desktop computer speakers.
Extension. Your messages are played back through you phone.
Alternate phone. Your messages are played back through the phone number listed in
the Automatically login calls from field on the Profile page.
NOTE
This selection is only available if a number is entered in the
login calls from

To log off Mailbox Manager
Click Sign out on the upper-right corner of any Mailbox Manager page.

Logging off from Mailbox Manager returns you to the log in page. Any credentials stored on
this computer are erased. The next time you open Mailbox Manager, you are prompted to
resupply your logon credentials.
