Sign in to the Mailbox Manager.
Click the Greetings tab.

On the Greetings page
NOTE
The Standard Greeting must be enabled to use the Busy greeting.
Select Enable busy greeting to turn on the busy greeting.

Clear Enable busy greeting to turn off the busy greeting.

Click Save.
