Description
Use Program 20-02 : System Options for Multiline Telephones to set various

system options for multiline telephones.

Trunk Group Access Key
Operating Mode
Use this option to set the operating
mode of the extension trunk group
keys. The keys are for incoming
access, outgoing access, or both.
04 Retrieve the Line After Transfer
Enable (1) or disable (0) an extension
ability to answer a call after it has
been transferred, but before it is
answered.

Headset Busy Mode
Set the conditions under which a
headset extension is busy to
incoming callers.

Preselection Time
When a multiline terminal user
preselects a line key, the system
remembers the preselection for this
time.
07 Time and Date Display Mode
Set how the Time and Date appear on
display telephones. There are eight
display modes.
