Installation of core nuts
Install the core nuts at the points confirmed in "Check of installation positions". A total of
four core nuts is installed (two at each of the front left and right sides of the rack).
Install each core nut to pinch the frame. A click occurs if the core nut is inserted
completely.
NOTE:
Make sure that the core nuts at the front left and right sides of
the rack are installed at the same height.

Installation of rail brackets
Temporarily fix the rail brackets (L) and (R) with attached three M5 screws for each.
Fix the rail brackets so that they can be slid. Sliding the rail brackets is required to adjust
the length of each rail to the depth of the rack (see the figure on the next page).
After assembling the rail brackets, install them on the rack. Align the core nut installation
part with the screw hole so that the bent part at the tip of each rail bracket is projected
from the rack frame. Slide the rail to make the rail bracket fit to the depth of the rack.
When the position is determined, fix the rail with the attached screws (large). Use a single
screw at each of the left and right ends in the front side of the rack. Use two screws at
each of the left and right ends in the rear side of the rack (see the figure on the next page).
After fixing the rails, fasten the screws fixing the rail brackets temporarily.
NOTE:
Make sure that the rails are installed at the same height. Also
make sure that the installation points of the left and right rails are
parallel with each other.
