Position the exhaust fan module in the server and secure it to the chassis with two
screws.

Connect the primary exhaust fan cable to the J-31 SYSTEM FAN connector, and the
redundant fan cable to the J-37 SYSTEM FAN-R connector.

CAUTION: To avoid server damage due to overheating, never connect the exhaust
fan module cable to the redundant fan connector on the motherboard.
