5. If you are planning to use CHAP authentication,
click the CHAP Authentication tab after
enabling the iSCSI initiator, and then click
Configure.
6. In the CHAP Authentication window,
select the Use the following CHAP
credentials radio button and then enter
the appropriate CHAP name and CHAP
secret that will be used to connect the
VMware host server to the iSCSI array.
After the appropriate settings have been
configured, click OK to save and
continue.
7. Prior to starting the array initialization
process, it may also be necessary to
configure a static discovery entry for the
disk array so that the VMware host
server can find the array during the
configuration process.
To configure a static discovery setting,
click the Static Discovery tab, and then
click Add.
