the example given, the Sync stopped at 800xA History Tags value of 936.

Appendix E History Sync Service During Network Disconnection
In the event of network disconnection between Aspect Server and Data
Collector, the 800xA History Tag Property Info show the status as in
Figure 108.
Based on Figure 108, it is important to understand that the tags are not actually
deleted, instead, the Sync Service Synchronization is stopped.
Make sure to fix the disconnected network and restart the 800xA History Sync
Service to re-sync with the database and show the correct status in 800xA
History Tag Property Info as shown in Figure 107.
