Close the main contactors (option +F250] or the main breaker [Q1]
(option +F255), and start the DSU: Turn the three-position operating
switch [S11] on the cabinet door from 0 to the START position for 2 s.

Setting up the supply unit control program

Check the settings of the supply unit control program.

Setting up the drive application program

Select the application macro and adjust the parameter settings of the
drive application program to meet the application needs.

On-load checks

Check the correct operation of the emergency stop circuits from each
operating location.
If the drive is equipped with the category 1 emergency stop function
(option +Q952 or +Q964), adjust the delay time of the emergency stop
relay and the deceleration time of the drive emergency stop function.
The factory default settings do not necessarily meet the application
needs.
Check that the Prevention of unexpected start-up function from each
operating location.
Check the correct operation of the Safe torque off function from each
operating location.
Activate and check the operation of the power loss ride-through function.
if automatic restart is required/allowed after a short power supply break.
If the earth fault monitoring is used, check its settings.
Check that the cooling fans rotate freely in the right direction, and the air
flows upwards.
Check the direction of rotation of the motor.
