<3>Is the type of the selected trunk group PBX?
<4>Does the PBX access code coincide with the code
that is registered in "Group-Trunk Group", PBX
Access Code (Restriction).
<5>Compares Toll Restriction Level of Trunk Group
(TRLT) with TRLE in Class of Service.
