When communication configuration of IEDs, logic configuration of Logic Processor,
and the cross-references between them are done, go to SAB600, select Management on
Gateway, and download the configuration to COM600.
Please note that if configuration is updated after downloading
configuration to COM600 it has to be downloaded again.
COM600 starts transferring information between the logic application variables and the
process data of the connected IEDs.
