Parts and their functions (when operating a remote camera)
22.
DATA SET button <UP>
Use this button to increase the set value when ND filter, M.GAIN,
or SHUTTER is displayed. Each press of the button increases the
selection value.
This button is also used as an operation button in the ZOOM/FOCUS/
AUTO FOCUS setting mode.
On:
Enabled
Off:
Disabled.
<Note>
• ND filter cannot be used with AW-HE50/AW-HE60/AW-HE870/AW-
HE2.
• FOCUS and AUTO FOCUS cannot be used with the AW-HE2.
• Simultaneously pressing the DATA SET button <UP>, DATA SET
button <DOWN>, and Scene/User File selector button <SHIFT> for
about 2 seconds switches to setup mode.
For details on setup mode, refer to Operations and Settings on the
supplied CD-ROM.

Use this button to decrease the set value when ND filter, M.GAIN,
or SHUTTER is displayed. Each press of the button decreases the
selection value.
This button is also used as an operation button in the ZOOM/FOCUS/
AUTO FOCUS setting mode.

Setting display (4 digits)
This display indicates settings.
The IRIS value is displayed when the power is turned on. Pressing
one of the display select buttons displays the selected setting. The
range of settings are displayed.

IRIS display <IRIS>
This display is lit green when an IRIS setting is displayed on the
setting display.
The IRIS value is displayed when the power is turned on.
Also, when the Iris lever is operated while something other than IRIS
is displayed on the setting display, the IRIS value will be displayed for
about 2 seconds.

reflected in the images. It will be reflected when auto iris is
canceled.
1: LOW, 2: MID, 3: HIGH, 4: S.GAIN1, 5: S.GAIN2, 6: S.GAIN3

When you change the setting from 1→4, the setting changes in
the order of 1→2→3→4.
