Connect the RS-422 connector <RS-422> of the unit and
the interface connector of AK-HC1800 with a dedicated
cable.
• For the cable specifications, refer to the following diagram.

When you have finished connecting the equipment, turn
on the power of the camera and the power of the unit.
<Note>
Set the communication protocol of AK-HC1800 to "PROTCOL3"
(convertible PC control protocol).
Make sure you configure the setting on the cameras individually before
installation.
