Check the method reagents in the reagent trays:
(1) At the Menu Panel, select
(2) At the Reagent Inventory window, determine if any reagents need
(3) Replace any expired reagents.
IMPORTANT
Do not move reagent containers on RTT1 or RTT2 after a barcode scan has been
performed. This can cause erroneous results.
If the operator accidentally switches barcoded reagents (R1 reagent is loaded on
RTT-2 and R2 reagent is loaded on RTT-1) and performs a reagent barcode scan,
and error message displays to alert the operator.

time. If the 2 reagents that you replaced have new lot numbers, you must
re-calibrate the new set of reagents before you continue to run samples.
