8.12.3 Fill level measurement on closed tanks

Non-condensing measuring medium (dry leg)

Mount the transmitter at the same height or below the lowest
level to be measured.
Connect the high pressure side "+" (H) of the transmitter to the
bottom of the tank.
Connect the low pressure side "-" (L) of the transmitter to the
top of the tank, above the maximum level.

Mount the transmitter at the same height or below the lowest
level to be measured.
Connect the high pressure side "+" (H) of the transmitter to the
bottom of the tank.
Connect the low pressure side "-" (L) of the transmitter to the
top of the tank, above the maximum level.
Fill the vertical part of the impulse line of the low pressure side
with a compatible filling liquid via the appropriate filling
connections.
