User-specific adaptations
Using a suitable editor, e.g. Microsoft Word, additional user-specific texts and graphics can
be imported into a certificate template - or standard texts and graphics modified or removed.
Is important that existing text marks are neither changed nor deleted. Otherwise, the
corresponding information will not be entered into the certificate.
Text marks
Normally, a text mark comprises invisible square brackets [ ... ] and the name of the text mark
in angle brackets <...>. As example, the text mark included in the certificate template is shown
for the manufacturer's name in the following.

When generating the certificate, the text mark is replaced by the content displayed in the
acceptance test menu "Overview" for "Machine manufacturer".

● Display text marks in body text
In order that the text marks are displayed in the body text, the "Display text marks" option
must be set:
Menu "File" > "Options" > "Extended" > Group "Display document content"> Option "Display
text marks"
● Display all text marks in the certificate template
Menu "Insert" > Group "Hyperlinks" > "Text mark"

Certificate

The acceptance test provides, with the finally generated certificate (acceptance report), a
confirmation for the machine manufacturer or the acceptance test engineer about the state of
the SI functions of the system when supplied. Based on the SI checksums listed in the
certificate, it is ensured that any subsequent changes to SI-relevant system data can be tracked
and verified.
