Function test, actual value sensing
● General testing of the actual value sensing
After replacing a component, the system is switched on and briefly operated in both
directions.
● Testing the safety-related actual value acquisition
With the motion monitoring functions activated, the drive is briefly moved in both
directions.
Check of the input/output signals of the relevant module
After changing the acceleration behavior/jerk, axis-specific tests are carried out of Func‐
tion Test Part 2
Testing the new safety functionality
Checking checksums and software versions, comparing whether checksums and soft‐
ware versions are identical with the reference machine. Hardware checksum p9729[2]
is always different from that of the reference machine.
COMPLETION OF THE REPORT
A report of the commissioning status that was checked is generated with the appropriate
counter-signatures
Check the SI parameterization
Check of the hardware configuration of the PROFIsafe peripherals
Logging of the checksums (SINAMICS parameters, PROFIsafe peripherals, FOverall‐
