Loosen the three fastening screws that are used to connect the subrack bottom to the
front panel.

Remove the upper cover of the chassis in the following way: Hold the bottom cover of
the chassis with one hand, and use the other hand to push the upper cover of the chassis
towards the rear panel with a proper force. Then, remove the upper cover.
