11.1 Generating log files
Support uses log files to obtain information to help analyse your problem. You generate these log files
via the device website and download them as a ZIP file.
You configure the scope of the information contained in the log files using the logging mode.
Changing logging mode
Requirement: The device website is open

On the <<Device status>> page in the <<System configuration>> area, select the corresponding
button for <<Logging mode>>.
<<Simple>>
<<Extended>>
<<Extended>> logging mode has a negative influence on performance. Only activate
this mode if Support requests the extended log files.
Deactivate this mode again as soon as you have generated the log files.

Confirm the confirmation prompt.
Generating log files

The log files are compiled and downloaded as a ZIP file.
