• After installing the cylinder head cover gasket
"2" to the cylinder head cover, cut off the "a"
section.

12.Install:
• Spark plugs
• Ignition coils "1"
Spark plug
13 N·m (1.3 kgf·m, 9.6 lb·ft)
Spark plug (new)
18 N·m (1.8 kgf·m, 13 lb·ft)
TIP
• Before installing the spark plug, clean the
spark plug and gasket surface.
• If the spark plug is a new one, tighten it to 18
N·m (1.8 kgf·m, 13 lb·ft).
• Install the ignition coils "1" in the direction
shown in the illustration.
