Errors occurred up to the present and the error details can be checked.
When and what kind of error occurs can be checked, useful in error analysis.
Operating procedure

Start CW Configurator.
2.
Select [Diagnostics]  [Module Diagnostics (CPU Diagnostics)].

The "Module Diagnostics" screen appears.
