Foam or drum weight overload, Drum mechanical drag, Motor, Drain pump.
Checks to perform:
Is the power supply as per product specification? (Voltage =
240V (Electric), 120V (Gas) Models and Frequency = 60HZ)
Is the laundry load as per product specification? (Load
Capacity = 10.1 Kg (Approx.))
Remove the laundry and check whether the drum turns
freely without posing any resistance. Is the drum having any
difficulty in rotating? (See Fig .1)
Is the resistance measurement of the Motor approximately
6Ω to 8Ω ? (Measure it directly on the Motor terminals 1 &
2, 2 & 3, and 1 & 3 without wiring) (See Fig. 2)
Is the resistance measurement of Motor approximately 6Ω
to 8Ω? (Measure it directly on the Motor wiring connector
on the Motor Control Board side between terminals J2-1 &
J2-2, J2-2 & J2-3 and J2-3 & J2-1)(See Fig. 3)
