Differences between the DMS-B9WD and DMS-B9WS
The DMS-B9WD is equipped with an SCSI-2 interface of a wide
differential type, while the DMS-B9WS is equipped with an SCSI-2
interface of a wide single-ended type. Select the type appropriate for the
interface of the host computer, and connect the unit to the computer
using an appropriate connecting cable. If an inappropriate type is used,
correct operation may not be obtained.
The appearance, function, and performance of the DMS-B9WD and
DMS-B9WS are the same.
In this manual, the unit is generally called the DMS-B9, except where it
is necessary to distinguish between the two.
