CSTM value (hexadecimal)= 000 00 0 8 6

Cleaning period
Bin where a cleaning tape is set (1 to 9).
(0 indicates default setting: BIN9.)
0: Special Eject Auto Cleaning OFF, Auto Cleaning OFF
2: Special Eject Auto Cleaning ON, Auto Cleaning OFF
4: Special Eject Auto Cleaning OFF, Auto Cleaning ON
6: Special Eject Auto Cleaning ON, Auto Cleaning ON
To change the settings, follow the steps below:

Enter CUSTOM 1 and press the Return key on the host computer.

Enter the value on the line of the software switch (CSTM) to be
changed, and press the Return key.
For other lines, just press the Return key (see below).

When "Are you sure? (c/y/n)" appears, enter y and ↵.

When "I'm writing to flash memory...done!" appears, set the POWER
switch on the DMS-B9 to OFF, then ON again.
For example, to set the Special Eject Auto Cleaning function and Auto
Cleaning function to ON and set a cleaning cassette in Bin 8, you would
input as follows:
