5.5 The configuration of Automatically Sending and Receiving (ASR)
information
There are 3 kinds of configuration items of Automatically sending and Receiving information and these are
shown in table 5.5.1.

5.5.1 General configuration of ASR
The procedure of configuration for the timeout of Automatically Sending and Receiving and the usage of
ATR bit. This value is used commonly by all connections of Automatically Sending and Receiving.
(1) Displaying of "Automatically Sending and Receiving information display window"
Firstly, select the "General info. link selection" of menu frame then the operation frame changes to the
"Automatically Sending and Receiving information display window". The current configuration is displayed
onto the "Automatically Sending and Receiving information display window". "Automatically Sending and
Receiving information display window" is shown in figure 5.5.1.

(2) Displaying of "Automatically Sending and Receiving information configuration window"
Secondly, select the "Setting link selection" of "Automatically Sending and Receiving information display
window" then the operation frame changes to the "Automatically Sending and Receiving information
configuration window". "Automatically Sending and Receiving information configuration window" is shown
in figure 5.5.2. And the items which can be set by this configuration window are also shown in table 5.5.2.
