4. Press Vol Up until you see:
1802:STA:nnn
RING GROUP NUM?n
5. Enter the number of the Ring Group (1-8) to which the Door Box should belong + CONF .
6. Press CONF to return to step 3 and add an extension to the Door Box Ring Group.
Press CONF twice to exit program 1802.
To set up the Door Box Ring Group master number:
1. Enter the programming mode. You see:
USER: nnn
ENTER PROGRAM?
2. Enter 0511 + HOLD . You see:
0511:RING GROUP ID
GROUP NUM?n
3. Enter the number of the Ring Group you assigned to the Door Box in the previous procedure + HOLD .
You see:
0511:RING ID-GROUP:n
EXT NUM?nnn
4. Enter an unused extension number (e.g., 600) for the Ring Group master number + HOLD .
5. Press CONF to go back to step 3 and enter another Ring Group number.
Press CONF twice to exit program 0511.
Part III: Program Door Box Relay Control
To set up the relays for Door Box strike control:
1. Enter the programming mode. You see:
USER: nnn
ENTER PROGRAM?
2. Enter 0201 + HOLD . You see:
0201:TENANT OPTIONS
CALL WAIT?nnn
3. Press Vol Up until you see:
DS1000
0201:TENANT OPTIONS
DOOR1 RELAY?nnnn
DS2000
0201:TENANT OPTIONS
CPU RELAY?nnnn
4. DS1000
To have the Analog Door Box plugged into DOOR1 activate its associated relay, dial 1 + Vol Up . You
see:
0201:TENANT OPTIONS
DOOR2 RELAY?nnnn
DS2000
To have the CPRU relay activate for a Digital Door Box, dial 1 + Vol Up .
5. DS1000
To have the Analog Door Box plugged into DOOR2 activate its associated relay, dial 1 + Vol Up .
DS2000
Skip to step 6.
6. Press CONF to exit program 0201.
