Description
NMI occurred due to an external WDT.
NMI occurred due to bus stall.
Occurrence of general exception
Error was detected by FROM's BCC check at initialization.
Error was detected by RAM check at initialization.
Error was detected by BCC check on the SRAM program area
at initialization or during operation.
NMI occurred caused by a write to the SRAM program area.
The module type is not FL654.
Hardware revision is an illegal number.
A duplicated node number was detected at sign-up to the
network.
An FL network sign-up failure was detected.
The node address switch has been incorrectly set. (0x00,
0xFF)
Disagreement of the FA link protocol version was detected.
An FA link protocol parameter was detected to be wrong.
(Detection of test operation only)
Save of FA link protocol parameters is improper (detection of a
problem in saving to EEPROM)
Ethernet setting (operation setting switch bits 1 and 2) was
detected to be faulty.
A value read from the LAN controller registers was incorrect.
