3 Select Microsoft in the Manufacturers list, and then select NetBEUI in the Network Protocols list.
4 Click OK.
NetBEUI -> Sony PCWA-C100 Wireless PC Card is added under The following network
components are installed.
Specifying the IP address
To specify the IP address, proceed as follows:
1 Click TCP/IP -> Sony PCWA-C100 Wireless PC Card, then click Properties on the Network dialog box.
The TCP/IP Properties dialog box appears.
If TCP/IP is not displayed, go back to the Adding TCP/IP
to continue.
2 Click Obtain an IP address automatically, then click OK.
The Network dialog box appears.
Proceed to the Verifying the computer name and workgroup
setting.
Verifying the computer name and workgroup
Computer names are displayed on the status indication window of the Wireless Palette.
To verify the computer name and workgroup, proceed as follows:
1 Click the Identification tab on the Network dialog box, and then enter the Computer name and
Workgroup.
2 Click OK.
The System Settings Change dialog box appears.
