Are there any differences in the initialization of the device between a hardware reset (input of a low level to the
RST_B pin) and a software reset (writing the SWR register)?

Basically, the initialization operation is the same but there are the following differences.
After a software reset, the PCI configuration register, and ECCR and ERDR registers are not initialized. EEPROM
is also not automatically loaded.
