What is the Packet size field in the receive indication?

A.8.13
The Packet size field indicates the size of a receive packet. The packet size can be specified to be in cell units or
byte units. If an error occurs, however, the receive indication always reports the Packet size field in cell units. At
this time, the packet size is the number of cells received and stored in the receive buffer up until the error occurs.
