10.6 List of Error Codes
Error details and causes
An error is detected while an e-mail is being
sent.
A value in 'MQTT connection setting'
(Un\G108808 to Un\G108823) is outside the
range.
'Tool setting storage area write request'
(Un\G108872) and 'Tool setting storage
area clear request' (Un\G108874) turned
from off to on simultaneously.
A value in 'Tool setting' (Un\G108879 to
Un\G108895) is outside the range.
'Tool setting storage area write request'
(Un\G108872) and 'Tool setting storage
area clear request' (Un\G108874) turned
from off to on simultaneously.
An instruction other than executable
dedicated instruction numbers has been
specified.
The dedicated instruction request data from
the CPU module was discarded because
the data size was abnormal.
The dedicated instruction request data from
the CPU module cannot be normally input.
A timeout error occurred in the dedicated
instruction response data, and the data was
discarded.
IP address change fails.
A communication error occurred in
MELSOFT connection.

Action
• Check that there is no error in the set connection number.
(The connection number specified in the e-mail server connection

• Execute the write to program again.
If the error occurs again even after the above action is taken, the
possible cause is a hardware failure of the module on which the
error occurred. Please consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.

Un\G108823).
Check if 'Tool setting storage area write request' (Un\G108872)
and 'Tool setting storage area clear request' (Un\G108874) turned
from off to on simultaneously.
Recheck the values in 'Tool setting' (Un\G108879 to Un\G108895).
Check if 'Tool setting storage area write request' (Un\G108872)
and 'Tool setting storage area clear request' (Un\G108874) turned
from off to on simultaneously.
Check that the dedicated instruction is executable. If it is not
executable, correct it.
• Execute the write to program again.
• If the error occurs again even after the above action is taken, the
possible cause is a hardware failure of the module on which the
error occurred. Please consult your local Mitsubishi
representative.
