Ready- This input from the flexible disc drive is low when the drive is selected and a disk is inserted and
the Index pulse period is stable within 100ms + 2.5ms.
Track 0- This input from the flexible disc drive is low when the read/write head is positioned on track 0 or
outside of track 0.
