HTTP feature rollback example

Rollback requirement
The IRF fabric comprises two members: the master member with the member ID 1 and the subordinate
member with the member ID 2. Each member has one MPU in slot 0 (active MPU) and one MPU in slot
1 (standby MPU).
Roll back the HTTP feature from R0202 to R0201 after upgrading it from R0201 to R0202.
