Specifies the name of time period for reference, start and end time, and an operation.
Note
When the start time is specified and the end time is "Not Set", the period will be automatically
ended at "00:00".
If several time periods overlap each other, the time period beginning with the lowest number
has a priority: the operation assigned to the lowest numbered time period is activated for the
overlapped time period.
