Open the maintenance cover.
Is the makeup ink
Reservoir charged
with the makeup ink?
Yes
Turn OFF the power.
Is the sensor connector
disconnected?
(See the overall wiring
diagram.)
No
Is the EZJ93 board CN6
connector disconnected?
No
Disconnect the CN6 connector, then
reconnect it.
Is the fault cleared by
power-on reset?
Yes
END
No

Is the connection harness
conducting?
OK
Replace the sensor.
Is the fault cleared by
Yes
power-on reset?
No
Replace the EZJ93 board.

Uncap the makeup ink
reservoir and add the
makeup ink.
Can the abnormality
be cleared by pressing
the Clear key?

Connect the sensor
connector.
