Are the upper or
lower print dots lost?

Is the upper end of
the print blotted?
No
Ensure that the work surface is
free from coating application
irregularities, water drops, dirt,
oil, and other foreign matter.
NOTICE
Do not repeat the nozzle backwash procedure more than two times. If it is
repeated to an excess, the ink becomes thin, thereby causing disordered
prints. If the ink is thin and disordered prints are encountered, replace the ink.
Following momentary power supply voltage drop may also become a factor of disordered characters
other than the above. Please refer below for the correspondence.

Since it is conceivable that the
ink flow path may be clogged,
clean the ink final filter and
joints, backwash the nozzle,
and disassemble and clean the
nozzle.

Replace the ink.
Resume the
operation.
Correspondence
Power-on and confirm whether it is normal printing.
Separate the power supply cable of IJP from the power
supply cable for other power.
