Printing in the Toner Low Status
When the toner cartridge is nearly empty, the machine saves the incoming faxes in the
memory without printing them. If you want to print the fax in the toner low status, you can
set the machine to continue printing even though the print quality is not so good.

Consumables and Replacement Parts

From time to time, you need to replace the toner cartridge, roller, and fuser unit to
maintain top performance and to avoid print quality problems and paper feed problems
resulting from worn parts.
The following items should be replaced after you have printed the specified number of
pages:

Press <Menu> until "Fax Feature" appears on the display.
Press the scroll button ( or ) until "Ignore Toner" appears on the bottom line
and press <Select>.
Press the Scroll button ( or ) to select "On" or "Off".
Select "On" to continue prining the incoming faxes in the toner low status.
Select "Off" to stop printing when the toner cartridge is nearly empty. This is the
default setting.
Press <Select> to save the selection.
