Ordering Supplies

You can order supplies using the Dell Toner Reorder Program window, the Status Monitor,
or Dell Printer Configuration Web Tool.
If your printer is connected to a network, type your machine's IP address in your Web
browser or open the Network Status Monitor Center (see page 85.) to launch the Dell
Printer Configuration Web Tool and click the toner supplies link.
To purchase other parts, except for the toner cartridge, contact Dell. We strongly
recommend that items be installed by a trained service professional.
Ordering Toner Cartridge in the Dell Toner Reorder Program
You can order the replacement toner cartridges in the Dell Toner Reorder Program window
on your desktop. You can also open the Dell Toner Reorder Program window in the Status
Monitor window. For details about the Status Monitor, see page 85.
From the Start menu, click Programs

Toner ReOrder Program. The Order Toner Cartridges window appears.
If ordering from the Web:

Enter your Dell printer Service Tag number in the field provided.

Your Service Tag number is located on your printer.
Click Visit Dell's cartridge ordering website.

If ordering by phone, call the number that appears under the By Telephone heading.
