REMEDIAL ACTION
Search for stations in line

lockout by the configura-
tion report on the PCPro.
Place the handset of any

station in line lockout
back onto the hook-
switch.
If the station remains in
3
the line lockout state,
check the line state (the
line between the station
and the PBX may be
shorted).
Check the cable
1
connection between the
terminal and the PBX.
Check to see if the cable
2
is cut off.
Check to see if the Tip
3
wire of the cable is
grounded.
Check to see if a short circuit
exists on the line.
Check to see if the Ring wire
of the cable is grounded.
