Operation

The folding activates or no according to the position of the receipt tray (DP5) as follow:

In «FOLDING» mode, the folding is done according to the length of the linen which is
determined by the DP6 and DP7 photocell and the DP1 detector. The folding is done by the
folding arm which is activated by the E1 clutch.
The E1 clutch is supplied by the KA9 relay which is controlled by the ELECTROLUX ITS.
To determine the position of the folding arm, FRONT or REAR position, the ELECTROLUX ITS
use the DP3 and DP4 inductive detectors.
Once the folding fi nished, the ejection is done by the M4 motor supplied by the KM10, KM11
contactors and the action of the ejection roller. The position of the ejection roller is determined
using the DP22 detector.
