Description
T1:
Groove depth at reference point ∅ (abs) or
Groove depth at reference point (inc)
T2:
Groove depth in relation to reference point ∅ (abs) or
Groove depth in relation to reference point (inc)
Angle of the incline – (not for groove 1 and 2)
The angle can be between -180 and +180°
Longitudinal groove: α0 = 0° ⇒ Parallel to the Z axis
Transverse groove: α0 = 0° ⇒ Parallel to the X axis
A positive angle indicates rotation from the X axis to the Z axis
Flank angle 1 or flank angle 2 - (not for groove 1)
Asymmetric grooves can be described by separate angles. The angles can be
between 0 and < 90°.
Chamfer width (1...4) or rounding radius - (not for groove 1)
Maximum depth infeed for insertion – (not for finishing)
With zero: Insertion in one step – (not for finishing)
D = 0: 1. cut is made directly to final depth T1
D > 0: 1st and 2nd cuts are made alternately to infeed depth D, in order to achieve
a better chip flow and prevent the tool from breaking.
All subsequent cuts are made directly to final depth T1.
The lateral infeed for the alternate cuts is determined automatically in the cycle.
Alternate cutting is not possible if the tool can only reach the groove base at one
position.
Finishing allowance in X or finishing allowance in X and Z – (not for finishing)
Finishing allowance in Z – (for UX and not for finishing)
Number of grooves (N = 1....65535)
Distance between grooves (inc)
DP is not displayed when N = 1
