Troubleshooting

Fault
The oven does not
heat up.
The oven does
not heat up even
after function and
temperature are set.
The clock symbol
flashes in the
display.
The oven lighting is
not operating.
The meat probe
does not work.
Touch control
function is poor
to respond or
intermittent.
Possible cause
The oven is not
switched on.
The clock is not set.
The required settings
have not been set.
Fault in the mains
power supply. The
protective circuit
breaker or the fuses
have been tripped.
An automatic
programme has been
set to run at a later
time.
There has been a
power failure.
The oven bulb is
faulty.
The meat probe not
inserted correctly, or is
faulty.
Excessive grease or
moisture build up on
touch panel.

Solution
Switch the oven on.
Set the clock.
Check the settings.
Check the fuse
and the circuit
breaker. If the fault
reoccurs, consult a
qualified electrician.
Cancel the settings
or set them again.
Set the current time
on the clock display.
Change the oven
bulb. See "Oven
light" for details.
Check the meat
probe socket.
Clean touch panel
with warm soapy
water and dry off with
a clean soft cloth.
