Cleaning

Using the Cleaning

The oven is supplied with
cleaning function which cleans
food residues in the oven.

Pyrolytic self-cleaning

Pyrolytic self-cleaning is a
function which burns the food
residues at high temperature
(450°C).
Warning : The surfaces
of the oven becomes very
hot during Pyrolytic cleaning.
Accordingly, keep children away
from the oven.
NOTE: Before self cleaning, all
accessories (wire grille,
baking tray, deep pan,
grill tray) must be taken
out of the oven, but only
when the oven has cooled
after any previous cooking
mode to avoid burns.
Before self cleaning,
larger deposits should
be removed from the
oven. Larger crumbs,
fat and meat juices are
flammable. These can
cause the oven to catch
fire during the self-
cleaning process.
Proceed as follows :
1
Select the cleaning in the
main screen.

Select the level you want.
Then the cleaning function is
operated.
• Inner Heater on
• Bottom Heater on
• Convection Fan on
Note : The cleaning function is
not operated when meat
probe is connected in the
oven. At this time, a pop
up will show on the display
and th Self cleaning mode
will not go intooperation.
Important: During self cleaning,
the oven light is not switched
on. For reasons of safety,
the oven door is locked shut
during Pyrolytic cleaning at a
temperature of 250°C.
It is not unlocked until the
temperature falls to 240°C.
