Oven functions

Speed roast
Speed roast uses the top inner heater, outer heater,
halogen heater and convection fan in accordance to
the set temperature. In this operating mode, the upper
elements and the fan on the rear wall are on. The pre-
set temperature is 190˚C.
Hot air
In addition to the Conventional (upper and concealed
lower) heating elements, the Hot air function uses
the fan in the back of the oven. This means that the
roasting and baking temperature can be reduced
by 20~40°C. This mode is suitable for cakes and
biscuits, as it is possible to bake on more than one
level at the same time.
Convection heat
Convection heat uses only the rear wall heating
element and the fan situated on the back wall of the
oven.
It is possible to bake on more than one level in
Convection heat. This means that it is suitable for fruit
cakes and stirred cake or yeast-dough, for example a
bread plait.
Conventional heat
For Conventional heat, the upper and concealed
lower heating elements are used. This operating
mode is suitable for baking cakes, baking with a short
baking time, sensitive doughs and for roast beef and
fillet of beef on the one level.
