A target program exists in the program setting in the CPU parameter but not in the navigation window when the device/label batch
specification is enabled.
A local device in a program that is unconverted or does not exist is specified as a sampling target in the "Device Individual Specification"
screen.

Description
Set a saving period for a sampled device and label.
Set a device and label to be sampled and their sampling
method.
Set a device specified as a file saving trigger for saving
devices and labels when a device of a CPU module
rises or falls.
Set a path to save a sampled device and label.

displayed.
