Description
If the indicator blinks once every 2s (0.5 Hz), the LPU is in the normal
state.
If the indicator blinks twice every 1s (2 Hz), the LPU is in the alarm
state.
If the indicator is on, the link is Up.
If the indicator is blinking, the data is being read or written. If the
indicator is off, the link is Down.
