4.1 Daily Inspection
Check the following points during system operation on daily basis.

periodic inspection, and cleanup.

Otherwise, fire or electric shock may be caused.

Check points
Lit when 5V power is normal
On normal operation RUN (green),
FLN (green), LNT (green), I/O (green),
LNK (green), ACT (orange) lit
Lit when the corresponding input
signal is ON
Lit when the output is ON and the
corresponding external load should
operate
RUN/HALT switch: RUN
Node address switches (NA-H, NA-L):
A predetermined node number
Mode setting switch (MODE): All OFF
Corrective measures
・ Check the power supply voltage.
・ Check main power supply connection.
・ Check switch setting and cable connection.
・ Reset the I / O configuration information.
・ Check that the input voltage is within the specified
range.
・ Check that the input terminal block is not loose.
・ Check that the modules are installed securely.
・ Check that the external load voltage is within the
specified range.
・ Check the built-in fuses.
・ Check that the output terminal block is not loose.
・ Check that the modules are installed securely.
Change the switch to the correct position described
in this manual.
